Waitemata Hydraulics & Engineering Supplies Ltd is conscious of the need for privacy and security for your Internet shopping experience.

Delivery Policy
Delivery charges are calculated and added to your order after you enter your delivery location and before you enter your payment details. You get to see the full charge before completing your purchase.
We support delivery of all of our products anywhere in New Zealand; however some isolated regions may require additional delivery time. If this is the case for your area we will notify you of this. We do not deliver outside New Zealand, however overseas orders may still be placed witha New Zealand delivery address.
The anticipated delivery time will be within 3-5 working days unless an item ordered is out of stock in which case you will be notified of the expected additional delay.
Deliveries are made by courier. The delivery company used is dependent on your delivery location and the size of the items ordered. Our delivery charges are as follows (excl GST):
For orders that fit inside an A4 envelope: $7 delivered anywhere in NZ
For orders that fit inside a wine carton:
Upper North Island: $8.50
Rest of North Island: $15.00
South Island: $20.00
For large/heavy items over 5kg we will email you a quote for delivery.
Note that higher charges will apply for large/heavy items and also for deliveries to some rural and remote areas. We will advise you by email when you place your order if a higher delivery charge is required. We will not send the goods without your approval of this higher rate.
Description Policy
Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.
Returns & Damaged Goods Policy
At Waitemata Hydraulics & Engineering Supplies Ltd, we stand by the quality of our product and we make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
You can return any product you buy from us for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase, no matter what the reason. The product must be returned in its original condition with packaging and invoice.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
To return product please visit your nearest Waitemata Hydraulics & Engineering Supplies Ltd store (Henderson or Manukau) with a copy of your invoice. If you do not live in Auckland then please call us on (09) 839-2040 and we will advise you on how best to return the goods tous.
If the goods have been damaged in transit please call us on (09) 839-2040 and we will arrange to replace the damaged product(s).
Pricing Policy
All prices are stated in New Zealand dollars - GST is stated as being inclusive or exclusive. All prices on this website are consistent with prices offered in Waitemata Hydraulics & Engineering Supplies Ltd stores.
